Are men enabling women to take lesser jobs?

Every time I see some girl explain her job as a yoga instructor, tutor, church volunteer etc, they tell me that their husband (with a real job that provides a w2) wants them to stay close to home for the kids.
Why are men enabling their wives to be less than what they can be? Don’t you want more bacon in the house?
This is also why there is this equality movement. If we shut up, they would too.

Their husbands would prefer them have real job that contributes to the household. So they didn't have to be at the office 70 hours a week, but the worthless slut they accidentally knocked up would rather brunch on a Tuesday.

A lot of women don't want to work. Their goal in life is to walk around in their pajamas all day, and every once in a while take care of the kids.
For the women who do want to work and have ambition, they work. That said, it's better for the child if one of the parents (either the man or the woman) stays home during the child's early/formative years.

Many women, particularly southern debutants, don’t marry for love. They marry a 10 years older douche, with money, a good job, and 3 kids.
This way, they can transition from being taken care of by daddy through college to being taken care of by aforementioned douche. They simply pick up the yoga instructor positions to seem like less of a skill less whore.
You can easily identify them because they’re normally making 6 Facebook statuses a day while rubbing themselves off to 50 shades of grey.

My wife took a new job with a massive pay cut when she became pregnant so she would not have to travel and have a better schedule 
I encouraged it. I like my wife having the ability to be home more and have less stress.
Some things are more important than more money.

Most guys don't realize the benefits of having a stay at home wife or wife that works a non demanding or a part time job.
