Musk has sent multiple rockets in space and resupplies the ISS thanks to a contract with NASA.
Has this already happened? If so, that's really damn cool. I don't follow SpaceX closely.

Not only has he sent rockets into space, he's used the same boosters multiple times.

Elon Musk was going to save the world from climate change by inventing a new technology that is affordable and a substitutes to fossil fuels. Turns out nothing of Tesla’s is new technology and relies on dangerous cobalt and lithium mining for their massive batteries that power their cars, not to mention are recharged with fossil fuels via electricity from the grid.
Will Tesla be profitable and provide cheap electric cars for the masses like Musk has claimed, or just another Theranos when it’s all said and done?
The difference is Musk already created something great which Mae him rich in PayPal. Tesla is him doing what he wants with his money.

I've seen the videos of the rockets taking off and landing. The landings are pretty amazing. Are these rockets reaching ISS yet?

He didn't actually "create" Paypal, he created another digital payment service that merged with paypal. He was the CEO during Paypal formative years leading to a billion dollar purchase by Ebay netting him $165M
Musk is currently worth $22.8B, Holmes is going to prison. This thread is like comparing Ray Krok to homeless guy sitting outside McDonald's
Also, in Tesla's defense current battery technology may rely on dirty mining methods but the next gen battery tech on the horizon will not. We are about 5 years away from it being ready for prime time.

Yes. The Crew Dragon capsule recently docked with the ISS on a test mission.

Why has $TSLA dropped ~30% since December? Any resident OT Equity Researchers here that can shed some light on the recent $TSLA nosedive, especially considering they posted a 2018Q4 profit? Missing projected profit by $0.27/share have that big of an impact on the price?

Well this thread shows just how the uninformed think they are informed.
Nice job OP. Let me start a thread that I have not one clue about. Brilliant!

Chill the frick out baw, its a thread on OT comparing baws after I watched a HBO documentary. Do you come here to learn how to split the atom?

This is a very elabrate way to say show your hate for electric cars and their impact on climate change.

Did you not see the thread discussing how I did such a thing at the age of 6?
And you're talking Elon Holmes. Tsk tsk

This isn't the angle to attack Musk. He isn't even remotely comparable to Holmes.

Old science... we come here to learn how to fuse the atom in a sustainable, energy yielding, manner.

My layman's guess on the stock nosedive would be investor trepidation regarding how much the expiration of federal incentives will impact future sales
I'd also say Tesla is no longer the only viable electric vehicle product on the road.

Yes, SpaceX has completed 16 resupply missions to ISS with the cargo version of the Dragon.

Let's see, Elon founded PayPal, Solarcity (those solar panels with lifetime guarantees), he has already built the first Boring tunnel (to alleviate traffic), and he has pretty much taken over the rocket production for our space program. Plus, despite whatever irrational fears you have of cobalt, the Tesla is a pretty awesome machine.
Elizabeth Holmes never did anything; but convinced some people she could.

Not even close.
Musk founded Tesla and has grown his wealth. He isn't afraid to invest in some radical ideas, but we need people like him.
Holmes was a Steve Jobs wanna be who was dead set on becoming a billionaire, I think she lost track of reality.
I watched the documentary on HBO about her. She is either a psychopath and has no empathy at all and can fake her emotions or even when things was starting to crumble, she still 100% believed in what she was doing. I think it could be a mix of both.
For some reason she creeps me out. That deep voice (which was supposedly not natural) and just her wide eyes...
I never noticed until the documentary how she had an obsession with Steve Jobs. She started wearing the black turtleneck. She even hired someone from apple who was close friends with Jobs.
People who are innovative are not obsessed with other people. They are reinventing the wheel and without thinking about it, they define themselves.
Can't even put these two in the same category.

Just going to skip over SpaceX which is currently in use and delivering things to space on reusable rockets which is pretty groundbreaking.
The 2 people are nothing alike.
