Kinda like Margarine when it first came out- “You can eat that stuff right out of the tub with a spoon!”
Twenty years later- “Hey you didn’t really believe all that stuff we told you about margarine, did you?”
Forty years later - “Don’t touch that processed crap! Butter butter butter!”.

Unless we're talkin' caviar, I don't recommend.

This. They are natures multivitamin. How is this even debatable
They really are. I did a chicken thigh, egg, NY strip, grapes and whole milk diet a couple of years ago and it was the best I ever felt.
Grapes are the egg of the fruit world.

Anyone who says eggs are bad for you should never be trusted again.

It has the capacity to produce a live bird.
It’s a miracle, not a danger.
I love how people believe that foods that have been eaten by mammals since their inception is harmful…as if we haven’t evolved alongside them. Eggs, animals fats, dairy, etc.
We actually make saturated fats like those found in beef and pork in our body. We have all the enzymes to build them and break them down. Yet we are inundated with propaganda to eat plant seed oils (some of which have only been consumed for 50-60 years) that you could never eat a similar amount by eating real foods.
How much corn do you think has to be processed to get a tablespoon of corn oil? How in the hell could you ingest that much of that type of fat naturally?

Eggs and real butter are both very good for you. So is a fatty ribeye
Wash it down with whole milk and that is the real breakfast of champions.
I’m hungry now…

An egg has 80 calories, 6 grams of protein, and is vitamin rich. It's objectively an excellent food for health, considering the biggest health challenge in the US is obesity, which is best combatted by a low calorie, high protein diet. Yolks have fat, but they're good fats, and total calories matter way more than fat intake. I would recommend eggs be featured in any weight loss diet.
Edit: I am definitely not a doctor. I'm just interested in health and weight lifting and have decent knowledge of both.
