Ever heard of the Raw Egg Nationalist?

A free range hard boiled egg is about the most perfect food you can get.

They are excellent for you

I've got 45 chickens. I eat all kinds of eggs, typically 2 hardboiled for breakfast, 2 more on top of a salad for lunch.
We are like bubba Gump over here. You can boil it, fry it, egg salad, egg sandwich, devilled eggs. The downside is egg farts

Are we talking flat or round eggs?

Good, especially the yolks.

Moderation is the key to life

Good
Nutrition doctrines from the 70s up through the last few years were just wrong. And in some cases, intentionally wrong. Look at how the sugar lobby created the low fat craze.
Just eat a traditional diet. Eat lots of eggs, consume a lot of whole or raw milk (ideally), eat a lot of meat. Eat fruit, honey.
Avoid any engineered foods or ingredients, like seed oils. Avoid plastic contamination in your food. Filter your water to remove the endocrine disrupters in it, and the pesticides, like atrazine.

Yes.
Someone’s never eaten No Net Change eggs before. They’re completely clear. As for the effect on your body and overall health, ultimately no net change. Regardless of quantity is the feature I like most about them.

I wouldn't try 50 at a time...

Eggs are a Super food, don’t let the falsified Harvard research of the 70’s fool you( paid by the sugar industry). Eggs are about as perfect a food as there is….

They are good for you. Now, if that’s all you eat they would probably be bad for you. Eat them in moderation and they will be good for you.

Definitely

I would do maybe once a week , 6 fried eggs each with a slice of white toast bread for breakfast.
I'll start trying 4 boiled eggs a day. Cut back on sugary items to see if I can lose my gut.

You can eat 10 eggs a day and be healthy. Depends on what you do the rest of the day
I remember the cholesterol scare media days (msm is all in for fear porn 24/7) that quickly ended when a Tennessee chicken farmer came forward with his lab results showing normal cholesterol levels while the farmer had a basically all egg diet for years (claiming to eat up to 18 eggs per day every day).
Every cell in the body requires cholesterol to exist it’s just a basic building block for cell membranes. Skipping the yolk is shortchanging the system.

Eggs are good for you. No way a natural source of food is bad for you. Now frying an egg in a quarter inch of oil can't be good for you. But with 0 research, I can probably guarantee that no one has any health issues eating a couple few eggs in the morning with a pad of real butter.

Very conflicting depending on who you talk to or what you read/see.
anyone who says they are bad for you is either trying to sell you something or is 25 years behind on dietary science.
