Bodybuilders don’t make the trashiest Top 20.

Yea, taking in 200-300g of protein, all the supplements, as well as steroids if they go that far. Plus carrying less than 10% body fat, weight fluctuations, and more mass than the body was designed for is a recipe for early death.

I did something similar for about 12 weeks and the results were amazing. I started to see abs and was getting really lean and muscular. The hard part is maintaining the diet and dedication to weights and cardio.

Yup.
And the actual answer are welfare queens and deadbeat dads.

They’re also a surprisingly dedicated and disciplined group of people.
So are my Mexicans on my job sites but that doesn’t make them any less trashy.
frickers leave their lunch garbage sitting wherever they eat everyday, making 1/10th of the site impossible to step foot in because it smells of the rotten chicken carcass from their lunch 5 days ago.

Don't forget taking insulin too.
That's great for the body!

benefits of a high protein diet....
And you cite "nuzest" a brand of vegan protein.
The truth is protein is great. It's necessary. But, basically every single American gets more than enough in daily diet.
Regular person needs about 1g/kg bodyweight. High level athletes maybe 1.5 or so.
Maybe more protein is needed after a major surgery or something? I'd be curious about that.

There was no science involved in that article, just a sales pitch for a specific protein product written by

Lookin all orange. Using the “n” word repeatedly. Big rims. Pit bull. Tribal tats. Putting their hobby before their kids. Steroids. Basketball jerseys. Most bodybuilders I know check all of these boxes.
Quantify this. How many do you actually know, and how many fit your description?
The only friend we know that is into it is a great guy, not trashy at all. The people you described are just annoying and insecure men. I’m sure you can empathize a little.

I laughed way too hard at that. What a chode.

Are teenagers and people in their ‘20s who think they’re bodybuilders the overall trashiest group of people?
FIFY

they're pretty close. i can think of a few demographics that are trashier, but not by much.

There are trashy people that do it, just like any athletic activity.
I just don't understand the appeal of it. It's not useful in any way, the shape of your body is inconveniently large, and there is a very small % of women who actually like that body type.

Any true "Bodybuilder" is on the juice and therefore subjected to roud rages and the need to be Alpha no matter the occasion--family reunion; out at the bar; Gym; laundry mat; football game; dance recital; power lifting meet; etc.... etc...
I lifted for ovee 20 years religioualy and met ever form of "bodybuilder". I mever juiced myself and only partook of Creatine, Protein Drinks/MR, and NO2. That did enough for me to go from 160 to 200 at 5'7".
Never roid raged and found them to be unbearable douche bags when cycling. Just my experience and none truly were any stronger. I squated at 620 at my height with zero help from roids.
Bodybuilders are con artists.

I don’t think someone who goes to the gym regularly to stay in shape falls under “body builder”
I do agree the vast majority of bodybuilders are extremely trashy. I’m talking about the ones that do competitions.
