Apple is the puppet of the CCP, among other bad actors. They won’t tolerate free speech.

Musk is free to distribute the Twitter app thru APK via his own website if he refuses to govern his app and wants to continue it's placement on the Google and Apple App Stores.

I cant' believe you are spewing hate speech on this site.

I now decide what is hate speech. Dead serious.

You should be banned and removed.

I'm dead serious.

Are Apple and Google the only 2 options?

Where is the right? And who defines hate speech?

Apple & Google seem to be pretty selective on what they consider hate and violence. Apple allows some crappy apps including some stealing intellectual property of others or just stealing. They take their time dealing with them when they do and rely on reports not their own audit or review. Facebook and TikTok continue to find ways to skirt Apple’s privacy terms. It was Facebook not Parler where most discussion of going to capital took place. Apple and old Twitter were good with Twitter’s very slow reaction to deal with child porn and exploitation. They were (are in regards to Apple & Google) also good with doxxing, challenging validity of elections, and threats/hate when based based on certain politics.

Musk has pushed improvements with removing posters who threaten or push violence towards others and dealing with child exploitation/porn. He pushing for less bot and other manipulation of trends. He seems to have continued ability to mute or block others and report them. So when you say refuse to govern his app you should just state refuses to ban and censor political speech you disagree with and hurts your feelings.

With Android’s numbers and dominance across the globe I have never bought into apple being a monopoly and thought it offered a true alternative and ecosystem to android & Google. Apple will never out google google, but it’s continued push into leftist politics and support of China (if not reliance) has made me pretty indifferent to the EU and some in US attacking it as a monopoly and forcing it to open platform more like android.

Big tech was allowed to merge and buy out competition to become big and powerful when it was hard to make money on internet. That has changed, and big tech has also changed from keeping their personal politics out of their business to using their power to push politics onto people with having true competitive alternatives. Big Tech needs be split up, section 230 needs to be reformed or replaced completely, and also Big Tech cartel in current forms needs to be stopped from buying up competitors.

He pioneered electric vehicles. That’s a big deal to the left. It’s not much I’ll grant you but it’s certainly more substantial than the made up fantasy reasons they claim to hate him for now.

So they want censorship. Think Apple will define what they want censored on Twitter?

They will almost certainly remove Twitter now that Musk has publicly stated that he will be releasing all communications regarding censorship. I wonder how many government emails are on those servers ??

Says who? Just because your pathetic arse cries for a safe space, it doesn't make you entitled to one.
