I met him pre-Katrina at a comedy show at Lucy's, of all places. Seemed nice enough.
Definitely told some borderline jokes. He mentioned he was staying in a motel that was in a bad neighborhood and that when he turned on the bathroom faucet a little black boy fell out. No kidding.

Don’t really know him but got high with him a few times, but he was in the same grade as me at Mandeville high. Nice dude. Really nice kid looking back as an adult today. I remember him being just a likable dude who got along with everyone. But like I said I really don’t know him.

I know a guy who lived by him in Tiger Plaza shortly after the Road Rules episode. He said that Theo left his door unlocked a lot and people would walk in and swipe random things because they belonged to someone “famous.”
He talks about being from Covington but everyone who knows him says he’s from Mandeville. That’s typical for people from Mandeville and Slidell though.
