I have a uncle who works for the DEA, except he does the cool stuff like track cartels down in Mexico and their point of entry.

I love how they spread them all out. A whole 70 bucks.

Surprised they didn’t break open the piggy bank and dig in the couch and have the coins stacked like poker chips.

Does he really???... or is that just the mission statement... cartels getting richer by the hour... DEA the bottom of the barrel when it comes to federal agencies... yes even below the EPA

If that’s why you want to join the DEA, don’t join. Not all of them, but a lot of them go head to head with the cartels. That’s not an easy undertaking. I have my issues with the “War on Drugs,” but there are a lot of honest agents trying to combat a destructive group of assholes.

No they really do try. They all say the same thing. It’s very difficult. You’re trying to fight a group of people who don’t play by the rules that you have to follow or risk prison. A couple of them have told me that if the politicians weren’t so concerned with themselves, they could do some serious hurt to the cartels. But, they’re kept on a leash. It’s all political bullshite.

My experience has been, most cops were nerds in school who endured being picked on... now they have authority and feel in control. As far as the pic, LoL...
back in the day, it was time to re up once I got that low!

Pretty obvious you don't understand how a bureaucracy works.

Yeah... it's the government's fault the government can do their job. Quite the paradox. Whose fault was it prohibition didn't work? It's just a failed concept.

Again, you fail to understand how government works.

Prime example is ICE agents and what they have to deal with to do their jobs. It's not the agents fault that city's release illegals, setup sanctuary cities, and try to shut down the agency as a whole. That's not ICE agents sucking at their job, it's bureaucrats not understanding their duty to the taxpayers and instead pushing their own political agendas.

Seems like an awesome job. Bust some junkie skulls. Could probably get half this board for marijuana charges

They use marijuana laws to bust ppl for bigger stuff, that's why the feds won't budge on reclassification. All they need is a reason to search. The war on drugs is keeping cartels in business.
