I don't qualify, also no kids or wife.

Kind of a little jelly, I'm going to let ppl know all day, possibly until the remainder of the week.

To sum up my feelings, this is my post on Page 2.

Just seeing ppl who don't do the right things, don't work hard, gets to me.

It is a me problem. I wake up at 4-4:30 every morning, pay a ridiculous amount of taxes and have been cut hours. I'm not pulling in dough, comfortable, but I have been affected.

I"m happy ppl with families, good working ppl, are getting checks none the less.

Take care everyone.

Seeing family members who stumble through life brag about receiving 3900 gets to me.

In 1-2 months time they will be sending texts to borrow legal tender.

Yes. when you think about it it sucks. It's a stimulus check, not food stamps. Jeff Bezoz should get one.

I agree, if you make over 100k it seems like you’re more likely to stimulate the economy with $1200 than use it to pay rent or bills.

The point of a stimulus check is to get people to purchase goods or services that they suddenly can't afford in order to keep those sectors of the economy propped up.

Nah.

It is interesting seeing which people are bragging about qualifying though. Kindof revealing.

No. It's to stimulate the economy. Has nothing to do with that. The more you give out the more goes back to stimulate.

Then it definitely makes more sense to give it to people that need it if there is a set number.

The economy is more than a single entity. The hardest hit sectors are those that provide basic goods and services to the common public.

If the country had unlimited funds then it'd give $1 trillion to each citizen and say have and it. But in order to be somewhat prudent with this stimulus bill, the money is concentrated to the mid to low income levels to get them propping those sectors of the economy back up.

No.I'm old.I'm on S.S.

I'd take it,but,I have more on my mind than whether I get $1,200 or not.
