I hate doing laundry and this is intriguing to me. Basically you pay $40 a year plus $10 per load of laundry and they will pick it up, wash, fold and bring back to your house the next day.

Anyone use this or another laundry person/service?

How damn hard is it to do your own laundry?

At $10/load, I’d prob average $100/month in something that takes a handful of minutes to do.

Not hard, but it’s a pain. Plus if I can save a couple hours every week for $100-$150 a month to never worry about it count me in.

Also, kids laundry is the real pain in the arse.

There is a reason laundromats and dry cleaners don’t do it this cheaply. People will tolerate payday loans like Ubber and lift because sittin’ on arse in their Nissan is relatively easy. People ain’t doing nasty laundry under similar circumstances.

People will spend money on anything. No matter how dumb it is. Incredible.

-pay someone to do laundry
-pay someone to make and deliver my coffee
-pay someone to cook and deliver food
-pay someone to drive me around
-pay someone to cut my grass
-pay a landlord to live in their building

Meanwhile cant afford a house and no savings. I get it now.

With me wife and 2 kids it would cost me $20 a day. Good thing I have a great MIL who comes over 3 times a week and does our laundry. All we have to do is bring it to the laundry room and hang it up.

Most or at least many dry cleaners have laundry services. I am not sure what the App adds value wise.

Definition of what is a “load” is key. My single days I was throwing shite well in excess of a load of laundry. Occasionally a spot on my jeans would be dry or just damp after washing.

Haven't used them but I've looked into similar services in the past. None were even close to that cheap.

Place I looked charged by the pound, and it basically came out to $40-50 per load of laundry. I hate doing laundry, but not that much.

I feel like there has to be something missing here, because that price seems crazy low.
