I always look forward to the holiday threads about alcohol fueled shitshows. Don't let me down, OT.

I'm the only person on the O-T Lounge that has an awesome family that I love spending time with, so there is no reason to get hammered.

We spend the holiday with my in-laws. I really like them and enjoy spending time with them, but we always drink at get togethers when we are playing cards and stuff.

So no, not planning to stay sober over the holidays, unless it is my turn to drive.

Maybe, but probably not. Likely some wine with dinner and maybe a bourbon or two and cigar with pops while watching the Saints out back.

Will keep it reasonable relative to past Thanksgivings, though.

I’ve been sober for 20 years, so why stop now?

Getting drunk at family affairs is trashy. Though there’s nothing wrong with a few drinks

Sure. I don’t need or desire alcohol to live my life. I prefer to do things I enjoy at 100%.
