anything deleted on your phone can be easily pulled with the right cyber crime lab equipment. I toured our police department a while back and the detective said he could pull anything on a phone made in the last 10 years in 10 minutes or so. If there were files deleted, he could get those too.
also, every picture you take has a time and location stamp on it

you do know that you are just deleting them from the device, not from the account.
"deleted" text can be traced back a couple of years.
people are so naive when it comes to digital text/email
