Funnily enough, whenever there's a Reddit thread about what freaks foreigners out about America, this always comes up.
Europeans think its bizarre, as in a lot of their countries their stalls are completely closed off and often go down to the floor.

I came here to say the same thing. Our bathroom stalls are inexpensive modular pieces you can put together yourself.
