Possible, but looking at the house (single family in family neighborhood) and realizing that the guy is 25, I would think his renting this house is unlikely. Twenty five year olds typically don't rent houses like this in neighborhoods like this. Then again, given it's proximity to the middle school, you never know. I'm guessing his parents were out of town or something like that.
