These seems like a situation that should have raised a bunch of red flags for the Lyft driver. You have an adult passenger, then you're picking up a 12 year old who was waiting alone outside a residence, and driving them both back to the man's house?

Lyft/driver could be in some shite for this as well. Wtf are they doing giving someone that young a ride? Edit: I see the report says he was in the lyft as well that picked her up, must have said he was going to pick up his relative or something...

I looked up his address on Zillow and the last time the house was sold was 2005 -- when he was 10 years old. So, apparently, he's still living with his parents and he brought this 12 year old back to his parent's house to have sex with her. Also, the house is right by a middle school.
