It's the steal of the years to come if you want cheaply built houses in shitty neighborhoods that offer absolute zero except proximity to crappy, hippy closed down bars and restauraunts, picture taking murals and vape shops. No, stupid, I live outside and have been looking in at Nashville for many years. Its been a combustible shite show for years. Apparently, you dont understand sarcasm. And to show how bad you are at reading into posts, I've only got a few years on my low interest mortgage and can't imagine being in the position of most... considering what's ahead.

Nashville will be okay. They haven’t done a great job managing resources during recent good times and will take a hit, but that region is centrally located, built on healthcare and music. Those things aren’t going away. It will take time, but Nashville going to be fine.
