Anyone know why we are stopped on the Basin Bridge?

Just sitting here in my parked car wishing I had a fishing pole on the Basin Bridge. Anyone know what the hold up is today?

The wreck is 4 miles west of Ramah. It is ballpark at the 131 mile marker on the eastbound side.

I-10 eastbound: Right lane blocked.
Between Exit 127: LA 975 and Exit 135: LA 3000 (1 mile west of the Rosedale area). The right lane is blocked due to an accident.

I-10 westbound: Traffic congestion.
Between Exit 153: LA 1 (Baton Rouge) and Exit 139: LA 77; Bayou Road; Sidney Road (Grosse Tete). Look out for traffic congestion due to road construction work.
