Anyone know why there is a helicopter hovering over Bucktown

Been doing it for about 20 minutes. Spot light on and off.

The rotors, powered by the engine, are spinning at a precise speed such that a state of equilibrium occurs - the lift generated by the rotors is equal to the downward force gravity. Thus, it hovers.

There was a helicopter over my neighborhood in Metry around that time when I was out walking the dog.

It was WAAAAAYYYYY better back in the 80's and 90's when that soft shell crab just hung off the both sides of po-boy bread by about 3 inches.
