Anyone know what the large building is going up near the Pecue exit on I-10?

WAFB had an article back in May, but said
quote:

For now, that’s still a mystery to the public. The developer says it will eventually be a distribution warehouse, but the owner is not ready to publicly name the tenant.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, it is probably a duck.

In this case, it looks like a distribution warehouse, and the owner says it's a distribution warehouse, so it's probably a distribution warehouse. They're a dime a dozen. Doesn't really matter who it's for.

I don’t know but when I lived there it would have been nice to tie the new exit side road at Pecue to Old Perkins and Baringer Foreman Road to eliminate a bunch of the Highland exit traffic.

Data center for all the flock cameras they’re putting in

This is what happens when y’all stop paying for inspection stickers and paying red light camera tickets. It’s a shame how the bad citizens ruin everything for the honest folks

I dont know, but that building has a massive footptint. For that size I would say it has to be either Walmart, Amazon or a freight line like JB Hunt, OD, etc.

idk why they didnt extend the west bound on ramp all the way to Siegen. People getting on there wouldnt have to merge over. The on ramp is so long, its damn near 80% to Siegen.

Thought the same thing, just go ahead and continue to the exit lane.
