My degree is in education. When I graduated a buddy of mine told me how much he was making driving a truck. Sad to say, it’s more than teaching. I got my CDL and have been in transportation from driving to management and everything in between. I have been with my current employer for 20 years. We have never laid anyone off or downsized in all that time. I keep my CDL in my back pocket, literally, so I can get a job anywhere at anytime if I want or need to.

My degree was Marketing but I've been in Supply Chain for 12 of my 14 years in O/G. It's a great field in my opinion, you get to do a little bit of everything. Check out the APICS organization...i don't know that a degree in Supply Chain would benefit someone that much to be honest.

Yes and you are not a candidate. However always get graduate degree vs a second meaningless degree.

I got a SCM degree from Southeastern back in 2011. My job has nothing to do with SCM though.

This is true.

Yeah but did you get your synergy savings, contract strategy, and procurement plan done correctly? Are your women and minority spend numbers where they need to be? Have you cleared all vendors to make sure they are in PICS and green flagged?
Did you check the rate breakdown to see if the FUI and SUI cost make sense
LOL. I’m such a damn nerd
