If so, how has reliability been?

Thank you.

Forget about the miles... I measure the age of my truck on the months left on my note. Only 56 months left out of 144!

My boyfriend does. 180,000 miles, and no problems yet.

I had an 03 that I put 120k on. It was a v6. No major issues. I put about 100k on an 09 Hemi. I didn't get rid of it because I was having issues with it. I used to get a new truck every 5-6 years.

Which engine? The hemi does pretty well. The little diesels are pieces of shite.

2013. 72k miles. Only issues have been with the computer screen control center. No engine issues or transmission issues.

We have a guy at work that has a 1500 with over two hundred thousand miles on it. He plans on buying it when it’s replaced this year.

I have a ‘05, 135k miles, probably have less than $1000 in repairs on it (u-joints, radiator, water pump, fuel pump).

It’s a V8 hemi

We have about 10 Ram pickups.

The oldest is a ‘12 with 215k.

All 1500s with V8 gas burners (4.7s & 5.7s)

Zero major problems with any of them so far.

Yes, I have a 2009 Ram 1500 Hemi. I only use it for in-town trips and hauling stuff in town. Good truck. As long as you do routine maintenance you will be in good shape.

I have owned quite a few of them, 1500s-4500s. They have all been very reliable. A few issues here and there but no major failures. My 1500 I currently have has 50k miles, but I have ran most of my trucks to between 250k-350k. I had a 2011 3500 that I ran to 450k new trans at 275k.

Had a 2011 1500 with the 4.7L V8 and ran it to 115k with no issues on the power train. Only issue I had was the tire pressure sensors went out and the radio died on me at 110k.

Seems like they are really well built trucks but expect a couple electrical bugs. But it’s my understanding all the modern trucks suffer from this these days.

I have a 2019 Ram 1500 now with 36k on it and I absolutely love it.

'06 Ram, 5.7 HEMI, 146k miles. Runs like a top. Changed water pump at around 100k. Common sense maintenance.
