I did. I'm 0.4% victim. And unlikely to have a cleft chin.

The wife and I did this for our 2nd anniversary through Ancestry.com.

25% Italy/Greece
25% Ireland
14% Great Britain
13% Europe West
10% Iberian Peninsula
5% Scandinavia
5% Finland/Northwest Russia
<1% Native American

Found some distant relatives we believe were descended from my great-grandfather's brother who was given up for adoption.

If any of you have ever been diagnosed with depression at some point in your life, you can get the test for free through a 23andme study: LINK /

I would feel funny giving my DNA to someone and not know what else they are doing with it.

I get that. I already shed like crazy. If someone wanted my DNA that badly, they would have easy access. I think my phone could reveal more about me than my DNA.

Got it for my mother for Mother's Day. Don't think it was accurate. The health stuff was though.

Mine just revealed that I’m super white, but was interesting, nonetheless. Neither of my siblings had Native American show up in their results.

Yes, but only 4% of it. Get it from the 96% of you that still has white privilege. :)

I bought a test kit for my wife as a surprise gift. She found it in the mail, opened it, thought it was a DNA test for our kids, called me and chewed me up one side and down the other for a good 15 minutes without taking a breath. We get a kick out of that to this day.
