I always hate these things. Those of us who aren't fat have no chance in these things.

These contests are unfair to those of us who are already in an optimal weight.

Office life is so weird. People bringing crap food everyday for everyone and act like there's some secret uncontrollable enemy fattening everyone up.
I miss the army where they just called people mean names and weighed and taped them. Harsh but direct. You need to lose weight or bad things will happen.

I tried that garcinia combogia and lost 40 lbs in about 3 months. I went from 250 to 210. The only thing I cut out was the late night ice cream and carbonated drinks.

There are some women my age at work that make fun of me for eating halfway healthy, while I get to hear them bitch all day about how they're too fat. Pathetic right

When someone brings donuts in the morning, I walk in their office and tempt them to eat them. They cave.. It's hilarious

Try the Whole 30 diet. My dad lost 45 lbs in 30 days on this diet. I decided to give it a try & I'm already seeing some serious results after the 1st 2 weeks.

I do not detect the fortitude to see this through.

Whole 30 is a good basis to start. Weight will fall off of you.

Actually this was my biological dad. I was adopted @ 2 days old but I got in touch with my birth parents about 10 years ago.

I knew that and that's why I added the ? mark. I wasn't going to say anything but he didn't look 30 pounds lighter.

I find it to be strange. I was told
When I started at the office to enjoy my weight then because I would get fat because people bring food every day like it is inevitable you have to eat it. Some people have a much more difficult time and I feel bad for them but it is possible to not eat garbage. Terminator taught me "no fate but what you make".

The final 7 days of the contest i can guarantee you a solid 10lb loss as long as you are in it to win it. Its all water, salt, and carb manipulation for those final pounds. Access to a steam room or a good water heater in your house for the last 24 hours. I used this routine and went from 4th to 1st place in my company's competition last year.

The guy in the article is genuinely crazy, so you have to tame it back a bit for normal people. Im pretty sure he is transgender now, or at the least is a full time cross dresser.

Gallon of water ~8lbs. If you can deal with that, water weight makes a big difference. But as you say, someone better be in it to win it.

The guy in the article packs a ton of muscle which is loaded with water, so he was able to get it out of his body, but still, 30lbs in a day or so is a major deal.

I've dropped 15lbs or so quickly but over two weeks or so, and that was after creatine, lifting heavy etc, so once I stopped creatine and began restricting my diet it dropped quickly.
