Flooring contractor here.
I have been disappointed with their hardwoods before. Most is Chinese junk with thin finishes. I also discourage clients from purchasing from there.
I also have had to charge more for installation in some circumstances for poor product.
Buy American.

We put LVT in an office- nice look, VERY durable, and if a plank does get messed up, you can replace that one plank. We messed up and got expensive hardwood in our living room, and our kids have killed it.

Be careful with those assholes. Used them when reflooring my house a lot while ago. They gave me floor from multiple lots that did not match. Would not work to make sure the flooring was a pretty close match so the result was some clear delineation lines. I callled the owner and he said so sue me. Open all boxes in the outlet and look at the pieces before leaving.

I went there looking for new flooring and wasnt impressed with the prices. Lowe's and Home Depot had better value and good products. Ended up with pretty nice floors and got tile for bathroom and dining room for a decent price. I installed it myself though so saved on installation cost.

I have vinyl plank flooring that I put in 1/2 of my house about 3 years ago. It's been great, easy to maintain and it looks good. I had a flooring store install it. Cost right at $5 a sq ft all inclusive. Its waterproof after 21 days and I highly recommend it.

I installed some Shaw Vinyl Plank $1.99 sq ft from Lowes. I have installed a lot of different kind of flooring and the Vinyl Plank was the easiest stuff I have ever installed. Looked great too. Lowes 10% off coupons are easy to come by.

Had a somewhat similar experience. Originally we thought it was different batches but it turned out the label itself was wrong on an entire pallet. They did, however, have no issues swapping them out and were very accommodating. (store on Airline in BR)
