Military life makes me have one a day. At lunch.

Then I have PT. Heart feels funny for a few minutes, then I'm fine.

Had a friend in high school who would down like 3 red bulls before every football game. Never knew how he did it. Then he'd smoke a J in his truck before we got on the bus. He was wired a little differently

Ask around at the local ER about how many people they have come in from drinking too many.

I work with a guy that would drink one right before his swim meets. He started having heart palpitations from them.

Energy drinks are trashy right?

I get all my trashy/classy verdicts from the OT.

I went through a few per night when working in a bar, but I haven't had one since leaving the service industry (other than a night studying until 3am a few weeks ago). I only drank sugar free; tastes better.

They're not good for you, I'd assume. I'm sure quitting isn't a bad idea.

I drink blue Red Bull with breakfast most mornings. Never had any ill effects. Caffeine and sugar never bothered me. I drink at least 4-5 Cokes a day, and when I drink coffee I put about 15 teaspoons of sugar in an average sized cup.

I cut out all energy drinks. I used to have 1 16oz to start every day. Now I may get one once every 8 months. I went through the "withdrawal" phase but now feel 1000% better everyday.
