I've drank a ton of them over the years, but here lately I've been trying not to and would like to quit. My chest has been feeling funny lately too. Only thing I think would be because of them?

Anyone here quit them?

Maybe I'm just being a paranoid parrot.

Its probably your other habits causing the chest pain.

You should wein yourself down as if its a drug. Your chest feeling funny is probably your heart fluttering from the lack of caffeine stimulations. Bottomline - you're addicted to it (not joking). Ease back a little each day.

Anything over the years is going to have some kind of effect. Think the worst thing in those is probably the caffeine. People have been drinking a TON of caffeine for a long time. Not that I know how caffeine affects the small few over long periods of time.

there are -much- worse energy drinks than red bull out there. i'd say those are prob pretty safe... not being a doctor :P
