getcha a neti pot. works wonders. all it is is a salt water solution that cleans your head out.
Right- as mentioned in the OP- that's been tried

I order fish amoxicillin from Thomas Labs. Been doing it for about 12 years now. Used to could do it on ebay and amazon, but of course they love to bend over for the corporate overlords. Combination of turmeric and Garlic will work but it takes 2 to 3 days longer.

I did a neti pot rinse
My ENT said do the squeeze bottel instead of the Neti pot for tough situations. I just do it once a day now and I think that's all I've needed. The last 4 years have been rough on my sinuses, and this seems to be working.

As an Afrin addict I gotta say Afrin. I've been through a couple of bouts of the addiction and it sucks trying to get off of it so be careful. Don't over medicate. Seriously 1 squirt in only 1 nostril and don't do it more than 1x a day. On the rare occasion I take it now I won't do the same nostril on consecutive days.
A few years ago I went from 1x a day to 2x a day to 4x to almost every damn hour before I decided I had to stop. It's a bitch getting off of it.

I had issues with the Neti pot when extremely congested. I went with the squeeze bottle version instead. It forces it in there more instead of just relying on gravity.

Get your pharmacist/doctor to prescribe two Cipros crushed and add to one bottle of Ocean nasal spray. Two squirts in each nostril every morning and every night and bet the farm you'll see a huge difference.
I suffered for 40 years and since I started that treatment about 20 years ago I have had one sinus infection/cold. Only one, and I used to have several bouts a year.

You serious? I didn’t realize daily antibiotics for prevention was a thing

Have the surgery best thing I ever did. Zero issues since. Now beware the post surgery procedures are the WORST pain I've ever felt but in the end it was more than worth it. I just caught my first cold since having it and that was 6+ years ago. Life changing

Go to an ENT. I had acute sinusitis, and regular doctors would always give me a Z-pack.
Finally went to the ENT and in his words, the Z-pack for sinusitis is monkey business. Don't know what he gave me, but it knocked it out with one shot. Dr. Coltharp is the one you want.

FYI most cases of sinusitis are viral, not bacterial
Antibiotics are a placebo

Feels like my face is ready to explode from pressure.
So glad I'm not the only one. It was so bad last night, I was trying to sleep basically sitting up, as laying down really made the pressure behind my eyes and in my face soooo bad. Still kind of feels like my eyes are going to pop out of my head.
Today it's all tea and water. Might try to sit in a hot shower when I get home tonight.
I did find a gel nasal lubricant that is helping me with dry and swollen nasal passages. It's by NeilMed.

Do you use mucinex?

Just enough cipro in it to kill any bacteria setting up in the throat. Doctor prescribed and pharmacist agreed with it.

If you did the neti pot every day you most likely would not get sinusitis, but I know that does not help now. The Navage machine is like a battery operated neti pot, and works much better.

I'll tell you what you should NOT do, and that is do not ever shoot apple cider vinegar up your nose with a syringe.
