Every since my windshield was replaced, i hear like a turbulence on passenger side and its aggravating as hell, i can't "see" anything wrong. I stopped at safelite glass for a minute and they were too busy at moment to do their compression air test or whatever it was, haven't called about it since.

Sounds like they didn't get a really good seal with the epoxy. They use a thick black epoxy and they usually use a good bit to ensure a good seal. If you don't have a good seal and you get air through you can get whistling, water in the car or buffeting noise.

...and safelite sucks. Go to an independent local shop and they'll do a much better job and be much cheaper. Sounds like they didn't seal it right. Theres two guys on here that do this for a living that may be in here soon.
Edit: and you need to get it fixed before you get into your truck after a rainstorm and find water on the floor.

2011 and up had a really crappy door seal. It wasn't stiff enough. The cure is to run tubing through the seals and re-install. Easy to do, actually.

I know you think it's the windshield seal and it cold be, but if not, check the door seal.

i've always had a rattling noise on my drivers side door, wonder if that's what it is, i've told the banner frickers from service day 1 about this noise and they never fixed it.

Google "door seal F250".

There's a guy that did the mod and that's how I found out about it.

Works well. If you decide to do it, I'll give you the roll of tubing I have left over.

Ford 6.7 diesel > *.

Didn't you see their slogan on their diesel trucks?

"Third time's the charm."

Did Safelite replace first time? If that happens, assuming you had replacement done in same city you live, always take it back to glass shop who installed it. A small pen hole size leak can sound louder than you'd expect.

Eta: I know you said they were busy, maybe get appt for them to come to you?

Every windshield comes with a lifetime warranty on installation so the fact that you came here and didn't get them to come to you to fix it says a lot.
