Anyone have any good or bad experiences?
Online you can horror (bad) stories, miraculous (good) stories and in between.
Thanks.

They like to share drugs and play pretty good rugby.

I visited one and called her a witch doctor - she laughed.

I've been to a chiropractor a few times. I love getting my back cracked but I'm scared of the ring dinger.

I went to two different ones, years apart, for the same upper back issues.
One hurt me worse than I was already hurting.
The other didn't have any effect.
Not a fan and I won't be back to one.

They’re in the business of getting you to come back, not in the business of healing.

I’ve been lucky enough to have great ones. Highly recommend if you can find a good one.

I’ve only had good but I go to a guy that puts my l4/l5 vertebrae back in place and that’s it.
There are some quacks out there that will say they can cure cancer and shite by adjusting your spine.

I don't let them crack my neck tho.

Not MD's but claim to be doctors. That's enough for me to pass.

A GOOD chiropractor can benefit you greatly. Don't trust one who won't do x-rays first. Nor should you trust one of the types who want to put you on a treatment plan of so many visits a month with payment up front.
They can and do help, but the key is finding a good one.

If you go to the right one, you can get a happy ending.

They offer temporary relief, if they can even do that. And some can frick you up worse.
I've been to the same guy twice for my lower back and both times it felt a good bit better for about 24-48 hours then the pain came roaring back. For the cost, not worth temporary help.
They also have the weirdest complex about their profession. It's a mixture of a God complex thinking they can fix everything and Napoleon complex because everyone talks shite about them.

It’s a pseudoscience created by a charlatan trying to start a religion. Don’t waste your time.

Both of the chiropractors i've known have caught federal charges. One for tax evasion and the other for fraud.

Breed of Peace would not go for this shite.

My son had migraines for years. Probably about 1-2 per month. We got into a bad car wreck and he started having them about 4-5 per week. He was in bad shape. We took him to 3 different doctors who never really helped him at all. The last one gave him medicine that didn't help his headaches and really affected his personality in a bad way. About 7? months after the wreck we decided to take him to a chiropractor. Within a week his migraines were essentially gone, down to about 1 per every 2 months. It was like the chiro turned off a switch.
Thats all I got.

I really like my chiropractor, and I’ve felt a lot better. She explained a lot of things and gave me tips on what to do at home. Just like a physical therapist would do. It was more like going to a spa than physical therapy.
