Anyone have anxiety and depression?

I’ve had depression my entire adult life. Medication helps but still get depressed from time to time. I make sure I don’t go up on doses. I have anxiety for different reasons. I have a klonopin script. Anyone else have anything similar?

Lot of folks suffer. Just remember you’re not alone.

Have you tried Exercise™?
I've heard it's available over the counter.

Battled anxiety really bad after my dad died of cancer in 6 months after barely even having a cold for 37 years. Had me feeling like everything was wrong with me. I worried about stuff i never worried about before, like flu season, sinus infections, headaches (thinking it was a brain tumor). Anyway, after going to a shrink for a year, i finally got it under control, which is ironic because i had to learn i couldnt stress over things i couldn't control. sounds easy in theory, but i struggled with it. Starting exercising, channeling energy into my wife and kids, eating cleaner, etc. and my anxiety has all but disappeared.

Did yoga this morning from the FitOn app. Highly recommend.

Have you tried essential oils and a rescue pit bull service dog?

I prefer klonopin. Lasts longer.

I cannot stay with the meds, as they make me too tired to function.
I try and deal with it the best I can, which is not ideal.

Well to best honest I’m schizophrenic without the positive symptoms along with a mood disorder which is depression.

What are the positive symptoms of schizophrenia?

I'm sure you hear this a lot, but exercise really is the greatest treatment. I've suffered in my own head for years. Once I found out how to focus on my breathing while I run/workout, it honestly opened my mind up to think freely and created such a more positive outlook on life.
