Anyone Has A BIL or SIL That Is Hard To Tolerate?

This thread is to complain about your brother or sister in law.
I have a BIL who will see back and play on his ipad while his wife is trying to do things he could be doing or at least help with doing, while she also taking care of their kids.
Then he acts like he is the disciplinarian and then yells at the kids and they just ignore him.
That's just the beginning of it.
*** All the idiots post the "another OweO thread" memes, the stupid "oweo" gifs, tell me how much my threads suck and anything else yall do to try to gain acceptance on the board so we can get that out of the way in order to have a real discussion.

My gump SIL has been married and divorced 7 times. She's trashy af. She scares my kid. My 2 BILs are fine. Both good people from good families.

I’m actually lucky enough to have a great SIL. She a very free spirited person. Sometimes I’m not in the mood to be around someone like that, but that’s because I’m an a-hole. She’s a wonderful person.

My SIL is constantly bitching about how much she hates kids, yet has 4 by 2 different guys. Hasn't held a job for longer than 3 months and that is generous. Right now they are banned from my house because 2 of her kids have head lice that she refuses to treat correctly. I hate my kids spending any time with their cousins because they're horrible kids. It isnt their fault they have shite parents but it is the truth.
And somehow, all her drama and problems in her life make their way into my wife's (aka my life) life. Complete shitshow.

you and I must have married into similar situations. My wife is mostly normal and hot. Family is a complete shite show though. My only saving grace is that they are 6 hrs away.

One of my SIL’s is mad at the world because she wasn’t born a man. This bossy bitch can work on anything and has a ton of money but talks down to everyone. She’s married ( her husband is nice) but she wants to be a man so bad

Yeah it is crazy. My wife was always telling me what a shitstorm her family was before I met them. I just figured she was overreacting or was making it worse than it was. Boy, was I wrong. It's just that her mother is crazy and pretty much raised 3 girls. My wife turned out normal because she was the only sister who had any type of relationship with her dad. And he is a very good baw.

My BIL just beat Bobby Flay. He is awesome. I love my SIL as well. I truly did luck out on a good family to marry into.

Probably. That's why they're banned from us right now. She keeps treating her kids hair, but refuses to treat/get rid of bedding, brushes, etc. So her kids keep getting recolonized. She is one of the laziest, most entitled people I've ever met.

I have a great SIL..She stood by my brother's side when he was diagnosed with cancer. He lived 8 years with it going in remission then coming back with a vengeance. He died in her arms.. I call her about once every two and we talk for hours and I hate sitting on the phone but not with her. She means a lot to me.

My wife’s whole family are odd. My bil is alright, 35, only works and plays video games, never married, no real prospects and probably on the spectrum. What gets on my nerves is my when mil starts talking about how he’s a genius and how great he is, as if I’ve never met him.
