Nothing against her race but James Bond’s character is male and should be played by a male. Anyone cowering down to a certain group to appease them is mostly doing so to look hip and innovative. Something’s just shouldn’t be made into a political and social statement.

It would be comparable if Ariel was played by a dude. It's a mermaid, which is a made up creature that is female.
James Bond is a dude. The only way to shoehorn this chick in is to act like 007 and James Bond are 2 separate entities. Then it's a completely different movie because the books and the movie series are about a guy named James Bond, not a code name 007 that multiple different people share.
It is completely different from hiring a female for a female part.

Right. I did some reading up on it. She’s not James Bond. She’s just going to get the title because james will be stripped of it for insubordination during the movie. He’ll get it back. She’ll just be a co-character with him. So simmer down baws. You’re not losing your white James Bond.
