Before that, Under Armour Golf Shorts were what I wore- they have a bit of stretch in the waist which is nice, but they are a little long- some are 10” inseam.

I usually hit the UA Factory Outlet store for these. If you time the holiday sale, you can get them for 50% or more off.

I am stopping at the Gulfport one today.

I have 2 pair from the website and 1 from the outlet, and you can tell difference between the 2. The back pocket in the outlet shorts barely fits my wallet. The outlet shorts are maybe a hair smaller in the waist, too.

I have some old Columbia fishing shorts that I got back in 2017 that have held up well, too. Super light weight, very comfortable

That also may depend on Outlets vs. Factory House stores.

I usually shop at the one in Gulfport. It is a Factory House store and if they didn’t have it on the shelf and it was available online. They would order it and ship it for free. They would even price match to the outlet price.

Before going the outlet route, I would hit up Dillards Clearance sales and stock up on Under Amour apparel. When Dillards dropped Under Amour is when I started going to the Factory Outlets more. I can’t tell you I noticed a difference between Dillards and Under Armour factory house store in Gulfport.

One time Sam’s Club had some Under Armour socks, they were terrible. The cut was different and the design was totally different. Looked like a bootleg version.

I order an Under Amour tactical pants from Amazon, and the cut and fabric was a way different.

The one thing that UA has at their online store that the Factory Store doesn’t, is loose fitting boxer shorts. I would love to try a pair. Think of the UA material for a boxer jock in a full cut boxer short. They also have a pair of boxer jocks with a ball bag. It is called the Baller Bag. It has an extra pocket to stuff your balls and junk in, but you lose the slot to get your junk out.

Because it’s Louisiana in June, July and August and synthetics are generally lighter and breezier.

Fishing/golf shorts and shirts are the closest I’m willing to get to being naked in public
