Anyone getting off early today?

No word on whether we are or not but i'm willing to bet we stay until 5.
Days we get off early: Wednesday before Thanksgiving, last Friday before Christmas weekend..... c'mon Friday before New Years Eve weekend.

Too cold here today so my office just said to work from home.
Every 20 minutes or so I'll fire out an e-mail, then go back to watching football and cooking gumbo/drinking beer.

Working from home today because the parking in downtown New Orleans is always these few days before NYE and the Sugar Bowl. Most of my coworkers took the week off...so I've been leaving early most of the week. I'll probably shut it down early here today too.

Nope. Working til 6 then heading to the airport to work more before flying to Memphis for the Iowa State game then flying back tomorrow night to work Sunday.

We leave early every Friday, it is nice to beat the traffic. I am usually home with my pants off by 3:45

I used to manage a staffing firm in Times Square. I sent everybody home early to get away from New years eve crazies. New york tradition 2,pm exit on 3 day weekends.

I was only planning to come in for a bit to tie up a few loose ends but got roped into staying longer so a grad student could come in and work on his stuff...
