We got 2% our credit union we qualified for 0% for 84 months and deferred payments for 90 days but that’s a joke IMO. They wouldn’t offer all the rebates which drove the price up closer to Msrp.
We traded in the wife’s ( no pics )2017 Tahoe - only 18k Miles For a Acadia - Denali. Had a lot of equity in the Tahoe so we didn’t put anything down took the 14k in cash instead of putting it down on the vehicle. It was a win win for us. Will be trading this one in about 3 years from now- Will have not 20k on it will have substantial equity and rinse repeat- right now though is the time buy if you can!

Why do you think so? I am in the market currently but willing to wait a little while..

Consumer demand is gonna be hard hit.

Folks either won’t have the money, destroyed their credit during this crisis, burned thru too much cash, or just became a little more frugal because of all this

I contacted Riverland Dodge about a 2020 Ram 3500 dually. Sticker was 64120, but they said they could do 63000. I guess they aren't hurting too much yet.

Some Stealerships are motivated.

A family member of mine this week got a ‘20 Denali XL (Stickered $70k) for $56k.

Cash deal, no trade.

I’ve worked on local dealerships over the past 2 weeks but cannot get them lower than 6K off msrp

Toyota has 1.9 for 60 months and most others are 0 for 84

Still too rich for my blood.

Better to take all the rebates than the 0% IMO

Penfed is offering 1.14% right now

Any reason? I would prefer a low mileage Tahoe over a brand new Acadia.

You can get 0%, but you forfeit rebates and dealer incentives. I've spoken to several different dealerships about this and they revert to MSRP at the mention of it.

Looking at a truck. I was offered $5,500 off MSRP plus 0% for 84 months or an additional $4,500 in rebates.

Wife likes a new vehicle every 3 years- we have a little one and she doesn’t like standing on the running boards trying to put him in the car seat.....
I would have preferred to keep the Tahoe, but we only have 1 kid so space shouldn’t be an issue, and the Acadia does have more features and rides smooth. The vehicle thing is the one thing I don’t argue with I just go with the flow.

You only get 0% if you don't take any other factory discounts. You can still talk them down off the price.

Bought a car this weekend for the wife. I got 2.34% for 60 months. And $6500 worth of rebates.

Same here. Not budging off the rebated prices.
