I'm a fat frick and they got me with the alarm once for doing skull crushers .. guy said it was unsafe

I went to the one off of Florida once and didn't know about all the rules. I walked in with a cut off sleeve shirt and asked to look around. They showed me around and I asked where are the free weights. They said this place ain't for you.
