Yes.

I got it, ironically, from playing tennis. It sucks.

Tennis elbow is pain on the outside of your elbow, golfers is the inside.

Only thing I could do to make it go away is stop playing for a few months and rehab.

It's a lot better now but it still let's me know it's their lingering in the background.

There is a difference between the two.

And yes, I’ve had it. Let me see if I can find the YT video that basically cured mine. I did multiple injections and was about to do the one where they inject your spun down cells before I found this.

Here you go

Stretch your fingers up and back towards your wrists.

Gotta stretch every day after you turn 30.

Yes, golfers elbow is a bitch

I was a baseball pitcher in college and have had ulnar nerve pain for years. I had surgery to release the nerve in the elbow and it did nothing.

I always have forearm tightness and pain in that area on the inside

They have something on Amazon called the Thermo band, but it didn’t really help me

I usually get the “golfer’s runs” but they don’t start until around the back nine.

ME ME ME

I've been hitting balls every day, our range has a semi covered area with fans for the hot days, but you have to use the mats.

Freaking right elbow is killing me.

I can't even pull on my goober with it

I had tennis elbow a couple of years ago so bad I could not hold a bottle of water in my hand. A guy I saw at a convenience store saw me wearing a compression sleeve and asked me if I had tennis elbow. He goes on to tell me to try CBD cream. I went to a CBD store and had zero pain in that elbow three days later.

I now use the same cream for any and all body aches. shite is incredible.

Yes. no bueno.

What really worked for me was gripping dumbells on the rubber part and just wiggling them around as i gripped them. worked up from ten pounds to 30 and i was cured eventually. fap sessions also improved during this time. not sure if that is related though.

thats not reassuring. I had a bout with “tennis/golfers elbow” over two years ago. Recently went and had nerve/muscle testing done which revealed a compressed ulnar nerve in the cubital tunnel.

I have surgery next week to move the ulnar nerve to the other side of the elbow. I hope it helps. If I keep my arm at 90 degrees or tighter for longer than a few minutes my pinky and ring fingers go numb. Night time is a struggle.
