My dad hates it

And so because of that, it is not served at thanksgiving so anyone else can enjoy it

We got a Corkys ham this year

My son has never liked it. We always get a honey baked ham, too, just so he has something to eat. Also make homemade Mac n cheese for him bc he doesn’t like Thanksgiving sides, either.

It’s all strange to me bc thanksgiving is my fav meal of the year.

Turkey good! Unless butterball, then it’s tainted.

My brother smokes ours every year. The most delicious bird there is.

I absolutely HATE turkey. That's why I always make a small ham, whether eating at home or somewhere else.

Ham seems more xmas/new year. We always do a pork roast with a gravy and black eye peas for new year.

Smoked, fried, or my personal favorite is rotisserie turkey over charcoal. Very good, wouldn't knock turkey until you have tried it that way

I like it, but my in-laws spend so much time carving up the fricking bird that it’s ice cold by the time they’re finished with it
