I wouldn’t say THAT but it seems he likes food and people, even if he’s a gross caricature corporate creation

Couldn’t be more of a fan. Named my dog Guy after him.

This is what I don't like about him. His personality seems manufactured. As if he was told "we like you, but you need a brand". It doesn't seem authentic.

I think the frosted tips and the goatee was the right choice

Sounds like you haven’t done your research my friend. Dude had a restaurant called Johnny Garlic’s before he was ever on Food Network. One of his condiments is called donkey sauce. He’s always been this awesome

This doesn't change my opinion of him.. I am sure he is a good dude an all, but I don't like his schtick.

I have an aunt who was a big fan. Supposedly went to a restaurant of his in California. She said it was one of those places where it seemed like you could put the entire meal on a saucer, and it was expensive.

I thought it was pretty ironic, considering he made most of his money publicizing places that typically served massive amounts of good, affordable food.

I can’t think of any man that I’ve been a fan of, that would actually spend hours in a hair salon, having shite done to their hair, and products put in it. There’s just something wrong with that.

I usually don't like over-enthusiastic goatee dudes with try-hard hair, but I have to admit Guy Fieri is kind of the winner of that particular slug race.

How is it a schtick or manufactured if he has been the same since before he was famous?

I like to make fun of his Flavortown similes, but he is also pretty entertaining. The fact that he is friends with the lead singer of Smashmouth and that almost all of his cars are yellow are some of the least surprising things I know about him. But he makes way more money than I do, so I guess the joke’s on me.

I don't get why this dude is so popular, but it seems like people I wouldn't even think would like him does. Personally, I think he sucks. He is a try hard.

There is no question he is successful and I give him credit for building what he has built, but I don't "get it".

You don’t “get it” because he’s a man of integrity, something you know nothing about.
