Frick the AC. I sleep with air on 80. I like to sweat and burn calories while I’m sleeping

How many threads have you started in the last month?

I’d say you’re an OweO later but you don’t ramble

No lie, during the 4/5 days of power outage from Issac it got to the point where I had to hop in my car, crank the ac up, and put the seat down just to get a few hours of sleep.

We went 10 days without power in September after Gustav with a 3 year old. It was miserable.

Shivering requires caloric energy to generate heat. Conversely, the summer heat has little effect on your resting calorie burning (aka BMR- Basal Metabolic Rate). If you find yourself sweating, this is not active calorie burning.

Lol, get a basement
Even a daylight basement will stay in the 60s or 70’s year round

What you'd have in South Louisiana is an indoor pool

You’ve got this all wrong.

You burn calories the colder it is because your body has to burn them to continuously keep you warm.

You’re not burning calories from sleep sweat. You’re losing water weight.
