My question is why does it bother some people to no end if some random person is racist?? I could give a frick less if some random black/Latino/asian person hates whites with a burning passion.

Nothing has changed .... just the definition of “racism” has become extremely broad
Example:
In the past - randomly beating up black people = racism
Today - not hiring some who happens to be black = “racism”
