It's not always the case, but I often find the handicapped stall to actually be the cleanest. At least "visually". I think people take care of it a little more. They already know they are using a toilet technically not meant for them, so they aren't going to go the extra mile to crap all over the handicapped peoples territory.

I always go to a hotel. shite in the lobby bathroom. They are always clean and usually a single bathroom for privacy. Just walk past the front desk like you are staying there, blow it up and walk out like nothing happened.
