Dorgan and Enterprise both have loops. Enterprise's loop comes with 1 million helicopters that often appear as if from nowhere.

Spent a night in jail in Dothan when i was 15.
I thought i was in love. We had just moved from Benton, AR to Fort Lauderdale. One night i had enough and decided i was running away. Took $85 out of my mom's purse on the counter.I jumped out of the second floor window of our apartment complex, avoiding the air units below i landed on a palm tree root. Found out later i broke a bone in my ankle. Didn't have a driver's license, had never driven on anything beyond back roads in Arkansas. We had a new 95 Ford Windstar, i had never driven it. Sat in the car for 5 minutes before i finally saw a little light that says depress brake to shift. Pulled out my Rand McNally atlas and headed north. Meanwhile my parents reported me as a runaway but the police wouldn't do anything unless they pressed charges on the vehicle. So they reported it stolen. Got pulled over going 59 in 55 in Dothan. They ran the plates and saw it was stolen. Took me to jail, got my one phone call...i called the girl. Collect called my parents. They had to load up my dad, my mom, and my 9 year old sister into my dad's ext cab ranger and drive up and get me. I will say the officers were nice enough to leave my cell door open all night until my parents got there.
I'm lucky nothing terrible happened. I was obviously off course and as a parent now i can't imagine the fear my parents had at the time.

Worked as a lifeguard at the water park there in the early/mid 90s. Best time of my life

Two things to know about Dothan.
More fast food restaurants per capita than any other place in the country.
Movie Gallery, which had to be a distant third in the industry behind Blockbuster and Hollywood Video, based its corporate offices there.
Place is depressing as frick.

The Cellar has overtaken Conestoga imho.
Dothan isn't horrible. It is just a big town though. The rumor I heard when I was there was it's a mob town because it's nothing but banks, used car lots, and restaurants.
It's inland enough where hurricanes aren't horrible usually. It's close enough to PCB to go down for a day trip. There's pretty good BBQ at Pig Out and seafood at Hunt's.
Just stay out of "The Bottom" and "Dixie" which are just north of downtown and has spilled into that part of the city.
Folklore is a pretty good local beer and also has a meadery, and there's a great distillery called Keel & Co. about 10 miles north of there in a smaller town called Headland. I like the rye.
The state hospital has a world class birthing center, and they are a Level II trauma center.
Anyone that thinks traffic in Dothan is bad has never driven in bad traffic.
Bars are slim pickings, but there's a bar in a hotel on the Southside of town in a Clarion Suites where you can actually still smoke inside for all you trashy baws. Sometimes they have decent live music if you can stand the smoke. And of course there's Cowboys. It's a kind of honky tonk south of the city. They always have live music on the weekends. They used to have quarter beer on Wednesdays. I spent a many a quarters in there.
It's been awhile since I was there, but nothing much changes. I was there when the city voted in favor of allowing bars and restaurants to serve draft beer. I believe it was 2008. LoL.
Peanut festival is the local Fair. It's in the first week of Nov IIRC.
It's no rattlesnake rodeo like in Opp, AL, but it was fun when I was younger.

Was stationed at Ft.Rucker and it was in the area. It is about the size of Lake Charles and has what you would expect from a town that size. Unless it changed nightlife wasn't that good. Dated a girl briefly from Rehobeth which is in the area, she was good looking, great in the sack, but fricking crazy and not the good kind of crazy more like the I will cut you crazy.

That loop is bumper to bumper 24/7. Traffic sucks,
They built a loop unlike a certain capital city, but their loop is about as bad as Ambassador Cafferey in Lafayette. Too many intersections and it is not a controlled access loop.

I may look good on paper. But the city was not designed for this many people and the traffic on that circle is terrible. And flow is poorly designed. And constant raod work for the last 3 years to try and fix it. You cannot turn left ANYWHERE

Based on trips to the Redneck Riviera, Ross Clark Circle has apparently been under construction since 1955 +/-
