anyone been to a class reunion

How was it? Any hook ups? Knuckles checked? I went to my 5 year and it sucked as much as school. Only one I' ve been to.

Went to a 10 year and 15. Not sure if they had a 20, but I will never go to another one.
Pretty boring and most of the women had gotten fat.

I am going to my 20th. I am still friends with a core group so should be a blast in New Orleans.

I skipped 10.
Went to 20 and had a good time. Old enough to let most guards down. Everybody is just a bunch of parents by then.

I went to my ten year one for the first night. It pretty much sucked, so I didn’t go to the festivities on Saturday.
My 20 year one was in 2016 and I didn’t attend. Facebook has pretty much eliminated the need to go back and see what other people are doing.

I went to my 10. It was ok. Not much had happened in anyone's lives and social media really wasn't a thing, so it was fun to see everyone.
Skipped 20 because of a family tragedy but heard it was decent.
25 next year -- I'll probably try to make it to that one.

My class student government members tried to throw a 5 year reunion. Hardly anyone bought a ticket. They ended up canceling it. 10 years is coming up. I might go to that one. Probably not though. I still see my friends pretty regularly. And it’s an hour drive.

Went to my five year one 7 years back, and everyone was pretty much still living in high school except fat and with a shitload of kids.
Skipped my 10 year and will continue to skip. I can keep up with how fat everyone is via Facebook

I still talk to the friends I would go to see at a reunion. From what I’m told, it’s an event for people to remember that HS is where they peaked.

In the old days you were close friends, separated for college or job, then didn't communicate for twenty years until the reunion when everybody was suddenly fat with kids and gray hair, if they had any hair left at all.
Now you never really lose track. People from your past are always kind of around

My 35th was this weekend, didn't go. Some friends did and had a good time both nights. I will go to my 40th if I am still alive

Friday night gathering for the football game. Saturday at the park with families. Saturday night shindig for the alumni, their spouses/ SOs with a band, bar, etc.

There are a group of around 20 guys(all boys NOLA Catholic school) from HS that I see every few months. One of the guys owns a well known bar Uptown, and we get together every 3 months or so at his bar and eat, drink, and BS.
And we all go to a reunion every 5 years.

My 50th comes up in 2 years and and I may go to that one to check out what those people not on FB are doing. I did attend the 10, then the 35th.

Went to the 5 year after party because I was late to the actual event, had to miss the 10 year. Will try to get to 15 (fuuuuck) next year.
Good excuse to see old friends I don't see, visit family and party in Nola for a weekend.
