Idiot

The car was stolen Wednesday night not at 2:30 in the morning Thursday. Haven’t read where but I’m assuming the car was stolen 4-5 hours before the amber alert went out. Even then the alert went out AFTER the kid and car were found. So much fail on this amber alert.

Look, tough guy, considering that information wasn't posted in this thread, and the fact that you don't even know when it was stolen, and the only news article posted here doesn't reference when the car was stolen, you need to chill the frick out.

Btw, WNGO says it was stolen around 11 PM. So again, what was a 9 month old doing in a car outside of a church at 11 PM? I'm not a Pentacostal, so I don't know when they have church services, but most churches don't have services at 11 PM on a Wednesday.

Look here bucko...I corrected the statement of a child being out at 2:30 am. Just as I assumed the child and car was taken 3 1/2 hours prior to 2:30 am mentioning. I too like everyone else is wondering why an infant is out at 11am at a church parking lot but who knows.

I turned my alerts settings off a long time ago. I got tired of everytime the weather got bad or there was an amber alert, that my phone went nuts.

I know that sounds terrible but it got old having my phone alarm go off loudly at any hour of the day

That would be my goddammed luck....the one time I would try to steal a car, it would have a baby in the back seat.

Good thing I am not a tPOS...

I had my phone, my work phone, my wife had her phone, and my son who happened to fall asleep on our bedroom floor watching TV had his phone.

4 phones, all went off at the same time at 2:50am.

Holy hell, my wife and I jumped up, we thought that was the end of life and a tornado was about to slam into the house. Once we realized it was an amber alert we both let out a “fricking bullshite!”

Glad the kid was found safe but I couldn’t have helped the situation until morning time.

I always turn my tv audio off and set a timer to go off since I like to watch tv when I fall asleep. I also turn my phone off, but I know many use their phones for alarms. Would do not disturb stop the alert? I’m guessing not. What about switching the ringer to off?

That sucks many of y’all were woken up, but glad the kid is safe.

Thats what I thought when I got mine. Makes the same sound as when a tornado is in the area. I went from sound sleep to "frick frick frick I didn't even know there were suppose to be storms frick frick frick".
