Been looking around lately for something newer

Came across this truck, but I've never owned a Nissan before. Anybody here have one that doesn't mind chiming in?

Nissan Titan

Only has 8k miles on it and they are asking for $32,000

I have a 13 Titan so possibly not a real comp. What sold me on the Titan is a neighbor is rough as shite on everything had 2 of them with 200k+ miles on them still going strong. I figured they must be good if he hasn't totally f'd them up.

I've got a 2014. Only had to change the oil and put gas in. Great Truck. I have brought my co-workers, who own Ford's and Chevy's to the dealership multiple times to get their broken trucks fixed or for the numerous recall's.

Current model year won J.D Power initial quality award this year. Full disclosure, I work at the plant that produces the Titan. It's a good truck, but it's hard to break into the full size market. Nissans been trying for 16 years and still has limited success.

Everybody around here has a ford and a Chevy... it's like going to a bar and half the guys there have a polo shirt on. Want soemthing different, I looked a some of the tundras they look nice, I was wanting soemthing a tad newer and the ones I found were around 40k, just slightly out of my budget I set for myself

I have an '09 with 188,000 miles and I haven't had a single issue with it

Their resale value tends to be the lowest among trucks but it's a very good vehicle

A gas Pro4x will be my next truck. I test drove a Titan SV with the comfort and convective package and liked it. My only ding is that the nav screen seems a bit dated but I think there are rumors that they are fixing that with some of the 2020 models. 5 year- 100K mile bumper to bumper warranty is a nice bonus too.

A good buddy who works with Nissan posts on here. Maybe he can chime in. What's that fall/winter rebate calendar looking like?

I have a 2018. It comes with a 100k mile warranty. No other truck does.

Would have been a great truck in 2012 when they should have redisgned it. Tech is outdated, gas mileage is terrible.

The old Titan was hideous. Just disgusting looking. A genital wart on wheels.

The new Titans are merely awkward looking. Probably a fine truck. I wouldn’t be afraid to own one. Good warrant and strong V8.
