Uh yeah, the video doesn't reflect anything "episodic" at all. He hits the guy and he's pretty calm looking afterwards.
This was of course after he told a bunch of people "I will crush all of yall" and then made a crushing motion with his arms.
Almost seemed like it was his natural behavior. There was no snap just a steady supply of anger/aggression.

He very well may have had a PTSD episode, but that doesn’t exclude him from the consequences. If it’s legit, he should face that and own it. If he’s using it as an excuse, his behavior will prove that pretty quickly.

The old man is catching some shite here and that aint cool. Major props to that guy for standing up to Captain Millimeter Peter while he was threatening to crush old ladies in a shopping mall parking lot.
