Every time I fly Southwest I always have a bad experience. A signing lady won’t make it better

She was the gate agent the last time I visited home. The connecting flight going back to Vegas got held up in bad weather and was a couple of hours late coming in. Wasn't exactly my thing but she kept what could have been cranky waiting people entertained, so I'll give her that.
