Yes. Welcome to the club. About 6 weeks here.
Sinus infection.
Z-pack didn't knock it out
Amoxicillin didn't knock it out
I can handle sniffles or a cough, but this one has me feeling fatigued all the time.
Went to the ENT today and he brought out the big guns. Gave me 2 different antibiotics that I've never heard of and can't pronounce.
I thought I was going to have to beat his arse when he took a culture from my nose and used about an 8-inch long q-tip to do it. He went so far up my nose I thought the q-tip was going to come out of my eye-hole. Had flashbacks to Covid testing.

Yes. It’s gross and won’t go away.

Do you guys have chest congestion and coughing up mucus too?
Yup. Mine started October 29th and went off and on until mid-January. I was coughing up some nasty, bright-colored stuff with it. Funny thing is that was happening when I wasn't actually feeling that bad.

I’ve got three kids under the age of ten. I’ve had a cold for the past nine damn years.

So much green snot. Like 20 some days in a row. Finally getting some relief in the last 3-4 days. Went to ENT and got nasal spray and antibiotic. Got a wheezing going on too still.

I think its the choking and being gagged thats the worst part for me.

Some like that part the best.

Sinus infection in early January, got somewhat better, tuesday before Mardi Gras roared back with a vengeance……tried some cough syrup at night, but that just began a series of congestion in the morning, dripping/coughing up gunk at night….went to the ent last Thursday, feel mostly better, but not close to 100%. Wife has been congested for the past 6 weeks too and she rarely gets sick.

No, but I'm straight, and not fat

I had it a couple of months ago. That stupid cough just lingered.

I didn’t have any of this. It was all nose and cough. That cough was freaking brutal. Best ab workout I’ve had in ages.

Bronchitis probably. Get some antibiotics. Wife and I are just now getting over it. Took almost 5 weeks to get rid of it. Still have some breathing issues over it but it’s slowly going away.

When I lived in Denver I had to live with a sinus infection because apparently no doctor there could treat it.
