Speaking from a couple of decades experience, that sounds like the prototypical wife, right there. Also, I find that Mrs. FCP will stfu and leave me alone when she’s getting D on the reg.

Uh a lot of people? Occasional moodiness doesn't mean bipolar. It's like when people say they're OCD because the door is halfway cracked.

True Dat. Couples going through or are already divorced are so quick to call the spouse a narcissist(usually the husband) or bipolar(usually the wife).
People don't want to believe the other person just simply hated them. They feel better labeling the former spouse with a mental illness.

My wife is bi-polar and no longer seeks treatment.

I got on anxiety meds because her crazy gets to me. Sometimes drinking helps.

Sounds more like borderline personality disorder.

My wife is exponentially more crazy since childbirth. I think the full crazy comes out once they know they have you.

HAHAHA! Yes...drinking does help! I've learned that a couple mixed drinks or a few beers and I can tune that shite right out!

Divorce and move far away! I'd rather write a check once a month than deal with that.

I divorced her. Those that say this is normal behavior for a woman probably just married young like I did and assumed all women are the same, they are not. I married again when I was older to a woman my own age, and have none of these issues. Life is to short to put up with this type of irrational nonsense.

I had a bipolar fiancé. Key word is “had”. Thankfully, we got into an argument one night (over absolutely nothing) and she took the ring off her finger, handed it to me, and went to her Mom’s house. Thankfully, before leaving, she said she was moving out the next day. Thankfully, she moved out the next day.

A month or two prior to her blowing up and walking out, I was trying to figure out a peaceful way to end the relationship. We never set a wedding date, thankfully, because I had a feeling in my head that this was a mistake.

She was the only bipolar person I ever dated. Now that I’m aware of the signs, I will never fall into that trap again.

you know she got the D from someone else that night she gave you back the ring, right? she'd probably been getting it for a while. that is why she blew the whole thing up.

I think you're mistaking borderline personality disorder with bipolar disorder.

I'm diagnosed bipolar and take meds for it. It's not a pretty mental illness by any stretch.
